Returns
30 day return policy if you have changed your mind, the wine must be returned unopened and in a re-saleable condition for a full refund.
Please note the shipping cost is non-refundable.
If you feel like any of your wines are faulty, this can sometimes happen with low intervention, natural wines then do give us a call on 01873 856565 or drop us an email on info@chesterswinemerchants.co.uk to discuss options.
Please note we aim to make sure that any faulty wine is reimbursed, however we cannot guarantee this indefinitely as we do not know how the wine has been stored or it is designed to be drank young. We therefore limit any reimbursement to within 6 months of purchase.
