Château D'Aqueria 'Tavel' 2023
A unique blend of red & white grapes that are grown on very fine sandy soils which gives the wine great balance & freshness. The 6 varieties are destemmed and blended in pairs during the 12-24hr maceration to enhance the aromatic complexity. The resulting wine is elegant with firm structure, expressive fruit such as raspberries, strawberries, pomegranate and spice to finish.
