Meroni Valpolicella Ripasso 2018
Valpolicella Superiore aged for a year and then added to the pomace of Recioto for a second short fermentation which gives it the notes of sweetness from the dried grapes, aged for a year in Slavonian oak, it's characteristics recall a Valpolicella Superiore and the structure of an Amarone.
